Sjekk at kunden har en aktiv BankID på mobil, og at status ikke er suspended.
Kunden må eventuelt opprette BankID på mobil på nytt. Pass i så fall på å helt avslutte den forrige før ny bestilling.
Error code BID-C167 means that the status of end-user certificate is invalid.
The error message normally indicates that the end-user’s mobile phone subscription has changed status. Verify that the BankID is not suspended.
The end-user may have to order a new BankID on Mobile. If so, please end the previous BankID on Mobile completely before the new activation.
