Error code BID-20B0 is a communication error between client and COI.
That this error occurs may be due to a variety of conditions, possibly in combination:
- Slow network connection
- Wireless wlan with weak signal and / or interference
- Mobile network with one or more of the above challenges
If there are customers who constantly receive this error, you should first try to correct for any of the above mentioned issues. Secondly, clarify if there are any obstacles, for example SW / HW, firewall.
