Step-by-step guide
- Login to OIDC Client Administration (OCA) - https://util.bankidnorge.no/oidc-client-administration/ (Requires VPN)
- Search for relevant client using client id in the list
- Select correct client in table to edit Client
- Scroll down to Identity Providers (IDP) dropdown and click on it. Tick the BankID Substantial checkbox.
- You should now have 5 IDPs activated.
- Scroll down to the end and click Save
- Wait until Successfully updated client

To enable BankID Biometry for an existing client, go to the order portal to make an Addon order for Biometrics to an existing OpenID client/merchant.
