Coming services for ongoing customer control of persons
The person and organization resources focus mainly on the needs connected with the customer onboarding process, or for ad hoc usage situations.
Other needs arise during the ongoing customer due dilligence, and many merchants will have needs requiring more advanced tools to have good enough routines for that phase.
Vipps will also launch features to address these needs, and some of them are already on the way.
- "Continous screening" of individuals: Daily alerts are returned if any of the merchants customers become sanctioned or becomes PEPs. Will be piloted in Q2 and planned to be launched in Q3
- "Continous screening" of organizations: daily alerts about relevant changes in the organization, like role changes, new sanctions, organization form or ownership. Currently on concept stage.
