BankID appene for iOS og Android har blitt faset ut og fjernet fra Google Play og App Store fra nyttår 2017. BankID 2.0 har tatt over for app'ene og de vil derfor ikke fungere fremover.
En typisk feilkode kundene opplever ved forsøk på bruk av Android app er BID-1970. Kundene må i disse tilfellene benytte BankID uten app.
OBS! Appene må ikke forveksles med BankID på mobil eller enkelte bankers egen app for engangskode.
The BankID app for iOS and Android has been phased out and removed from Google Play and App Store from New Year 2017. BankID 2.0 has replaced the app's and they will not work anymore.
A typical error code the customers may experience if they try to use the Android app is BID-1970. In this cases, the customer must use BankID without the app.
