How are the AML-transactions counted?

An AML-transaction starts with an authentication or signature with BankID. The merchant can then ask for the resources from the resource server. A transaction is counted if the merchant receives results from all the conducted searches.

The Merchant will not be charged for the bankID authentication or signature that starts the AML process, as this is included in the process for the AML transaction.

If one or more of the resources returns an error message, a transaction will not be counted. An error message could mean that one of the third-party services that provide data Bankid AML are down. In such cases the Merchant can ask for the resource again within three minutes, without a new bankID authentication.
