Feilkode BID-C30F oppstår ofte når kunden har en aktiv BankID på mobil hos banken, men avtalen er ikke aktiv hos operatøren.

Kunden vil da ikke kunne bruke BankID på mobil lenger.

Error code BID-C30F occurs when it is an active BankID on mobile on the bank side, but it is not active on the operator side.

The customer will not be able to use BankID on mobile any more.
